We're ready at 6:00 am EST to secure your dining reservations, ensuring they're booked as soon as your window opens, regardless of our location or the day of the week.

Transfer Your Booking
If you’ve recently booked your Walt Disney World Vacation directly with Disney and feel overwhelmed or unsure about the next steps, don’t worry! As long as your booking was made within the last 30 days and isn’t fully paid yet, we can take over by transferring your reservation to us. Your reservation details will remain unchanged, but you’ll gain access to all our amazing Concierge Services at no additional cost.
Additional Planning Packages
Even if it’s been more than 30 days since you booked your Walt Disney World Vacation, or if you have already paid in full, we’re here to assist. Whether you booked directly through DVC, made a room-only reservation with us, or are staying with family, we aim to make your vacation the best one yet. We offer affordable planning fees for our Concierge Services to enhance your magical experience.
Our planning fees are as follows:
- 1-4 nights $400 per family
- 5-9 nights $450 per family
- 10+ nights $500 per family
Please note, for quoting purposes, a ‘family’ is considered a party of 6 or less total guests. These fees are for our Concierge Services only and do not cover accommodations, park tickets, or similar expenses.
